Mission Statement
To ensure through cooperative planning, that youth and young adults with disabilities and those individuals who are at risk are provided with social, recreational, vocational, and living skills necessary to make the transition to productive community living after High School. Further, it is ideal to provide a continuum of support services which follow up and follow along for at least a two-year period by all past, present, and future involved agencies. Along with the above-mentioned responsibilities, our CTIC will provide advocacy to the individual and family throughout the transition process.
Faribault-Martin Community Transition Interagency Committee (CTIC) assists students
