PAES Lab (Practical Assessment Exploration System)​

The PAES lab is a program where students explore five areas of job task skills: Computers, Construction, Small Parts Assembly, Business & Marketing, and Consumer Service. Through active, hands-on tasks and their own initiative, students discover the magic intersection of where their skills lie and what they enjoy doing. The PAES lab is data-driven and provides valuable information regarding student job task growth as well as a blueprint for case managers to tailor school classes to enhance the interests of the students.
The PAES lab is available for students of all Southern Plains Cooperative schools who meet the base criteria for participation in the program.
